Thank you. I am trying to work against my negative thoughts. I’ve been finding my negativity to go against my ability to get a new job or a promotion. I felt that maybe writing about my own thoughts would help release them. Which it has in one way.

What meditation do you use? I’ve been curious on methods for that for a while. ❤
