Silence is important because I think that when you are quite you learn more about situations and less about the difficulty of surviving. People often ruin good relationships by using their words around other people, and they forget that there are other people around. Sometimes, saying the wrong line in front of the wrong person can get you to lose your job. I've learned the art of holding my tongue and keeping my words to myself.
