I think I like the idea of writing for that one ideal writer. Pick a person, create an ideal reader, and then write. Write what you want to write but keep a focus on that one reader. I think its a complicated game as a writer. We are playing chess with our readers. If you move one piece forward, and they check mate it — don’t like it- it can stall your writing. Create a road block that your brain won’t write.

I say if you are motivated, passionate, and desire to write like you need to breathe than don’t stop. Don’t hesitate. Don’t think or wonder if I wrote it this way would it be better. I say you pick up that pen and you write. We do what we must as writers. We write for others, but for ourselves as well. Great post. :)
