I tend to gravitate to men that are slightly older than me. I guess that's because the first person I ever fell in love with was about four years older than me. We spent a lot of time as childhood friends. When he changed genders, I was now dealing with the loss of a man I loved. I recovered and learned to be friends with his new gendered self.
