I enjoyed this introduction as it teaches me a lot about leadership. Leadership is hard to understand skill as many who are in positions to be leaders are often seen abusing their power. Or those who have the position too early tend to fail to understand what it takes inside of them to be a leader. Great post and I have learned a lot about you.
