Arthur G. Hernandez, Sorry for the late reply. I have been busy sifting through articles on Illumination and writing. But never fear. I highlighted what you said in this comment because I think it useful to know. I am rather interested in building refined leadership skills. I’m naturally more glued to relationship orientated leadership because I think that leadership is not obtained through being a one-man army. I’ve taken a lot of thought on this comment and I believe I’ll be writing a more detailed article about how I gained this type of natural leadership. It came with a lot of hardships.
